Former President of Maldives Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has said that it is mandatory for this government to get a second term in office or the government officials will have to go to jail.
Speaking at the PNF front office meeting last night, Yameen said that it would be better for a president to seek a second term, but in today’s situation in the maldives, it is Something that Mohamed Muizz is obliged to do.
Yameen said that the leaders of the current government need five more years because they do not want to make the current thefts give anyone else a chance to look into them. “If they don’t get a second term, the leaders of this government may have bad luck,” he said.
